Jacques Vassart is a short performance piece featuring the French accordionist from Cannes playing 'No Regrets'. The short was part of the Cannes à la Flip 2010 contest in which filmmakers were challanged to film a piece of the Flip Ultra HD. The talented and generous Jacques Vassart was more than happy to oblige.
